Any existing files, such as Adobe Acrobat pdf files, and image files of different types, can be uploaded to Cognie as an article, just like any web pages saved by the browser extension.

To upload such files, select the dropdown menu next to the Create command button in the header and select Upload Document. This will display a modal dialog where files can be dropped from the desktop File Explorer. The article's title is set to the file's name, but it can be modified. After the title and file are specified, click the Upload button to save the article in Cognie.
