If you'd like to cancel your subscription within thirty days of purchase, we will refund the full amount minus any processing fees from our payment provider.

Once the thirty days is passed from the date of a new subscription or a renewal, no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions.

If you cancel your subscription, your Cognie account will be converted to a fully functional Free tier account with few restrictions, and some of the advanced features will not be available.
