How secure is my credit card payment information?

Your credit card and other billing information are processed by our payment provider, and follow PCI compliance to ensure your information is secure. Your information is not processed, handled, or stored anywhere else in our system outside of our payment provider.

Requesting a refund for your Premium membership

If you'd like to cancel your subscription and request a refund, you can do it from the Account Subscription page. This option is available only for thirty days after your purchase or renewal. You can find more information in Cancel Cognie Subscription.

What happens to my Cognie account when my Premium membership ends?

When you cancel your paid subscription or don't renew the subscription, your Cognie account will be converted to the Free tier account. You can still access your previously saved information; no information is deleted or lost, but the premium features will not be available in the Free tier.
